SHIPPING AND RETURN
We usually roast coffee and ship out orders in the order that we receive them. We will prepare and then ship your order via USPS Priority Mail. Please note: Under current circumstances, most orders are taking longer than usual to process (one to three weeks). Thank you for your patience.
If you place an order on the website and complete your checkout, we HAVE received your order. We are not currently set up to send out confirmation emails but we are working on it. If you have questions about your order you can email us.
Shipping is calculated at checkout and is paid by the customer.
We do not accept returns on coffee orders.
We will gladly do an exchange for apparel if the wrong size was ordered. Shipping charges on exchanges are paid by the customer.
If an item arrives damaged, we will replace the product.
