Named for a certain law-and-order enthusiast, this light roast coffee is roasted fresh upon receiving your order! Prior to arriving to us, it is washed processed, with the pulped coffee beans fermented to remove any remaining mucilage and dried on patios in the sun until they reached the optimal moisture level.
