The Brazilian beans are semi-washed (the process by which the coffee beans are removed from the coffee cherry then dried) beans from the Minas Gerais region of Brazil – which produces more coffee as a region than any other country in the world. The Papua New Guinea origin beans are from the Eastern highlands region and add a distinct chocolate taste!
